PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom garment including moisture keeping function for a section requiring skin care in the hip, preventing a slack deformation of the hip, and preventing stuffiness when wearing to achieve excellent feeling of wear.SOLUTION: The bottom garment is so designed that on the back side of the bottom garment, a moisture keeping cloth 18 retaining low air permeability is arranged each on a section corresponding to the hip groove of the lower part of a hip protruding part, and a section corresponding to between the waist line of the upper part of the hip protruding part and a navel height position. |
