PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow user equipment to preferentially stay in a femtocell.SOLUTION: This user equipment (UE) includes a waiting cell information management section 11 for managing waiting macrocell information including a macrocell ID and a scramble code for macrocell and waiting femtocell information including a femtocell ID and a scramble code for femtocell, a waiting processing section 15 for executing waiting processing for macrocell using the macrocell ID included in the waiting macrocell information and the scramble code for macrocell as well as waiting processing for femtocell using the femtocell ID included in the waiting femtocell information and the scramble code for femtocell, and a waiting cell information updating section 14 for updating the waiting femtocell information even before the update period of the waiting femtocell information comes when a predetermined operation is detected, and not updating the waiting macrocell information before the update period of the waiting macrocell comes. |
