PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a delay time of packet transmission in the downlink direction with respect to a radio base station device which performs wireless-frame communication between a mobile station device and itself.SOLUTION: A downlink packet receiving means receives a data packet at a fixed rate in the downlink direction, a timing information acquisition means acquires information regarding the reception timing of the data packet, a reception timing prediction means predicts succeeding reception timing based on the information and a reception period, a donwlink scheduling means assigns a radio band to information included in data packets other than at the fixed rate after preliminarily securing a radio band assigned to the information included in the data packet at the fixed rate in the downlink direction based on the prediction for the same radio frame in the downlink direction, after that, assigns the radio band to the information included in the data packet at the fixed rate, and a radio communication means transmits the radio frame in the downlink direction. |
