PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the number of the same commodities registered so far so as to be easily identified and reduce errors in checking the quantity of the commodities, in a commodity display technology for a POS register device.SOLUTION: Commodity identification information and commodity quantity information sequentially input in a current sales transaction are sequentially stored as commodity specification information (S302). The stored commodity specification information is searched based on the commodity identification information input last, to acquire each commodity quantity information for each commodity specification information having the same commodity identification information as the commodity identification information (S303-2). The number of registered commodities is calculated as the total of commodity quantity information (S303-3). A list of the commodity specification information is displayed (S303-1), and the commodity specification information corresponding to the commodity identification information input last is highlighted together with the number of registered commodities (S303-4). |
