<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a color-design solar cell comprising of: a first step of aligning a mask on an upper part of a wafer; a second step of coating respectively phosphoric acids in different thicknesses on the upper part of the wafer on which the mask is aligned; a third step of forming an oxide layer by spreading and wet-oxidizing the phosphoric acids simultaneously when the phosphoric acids are coated completely; and a forth step of forming an electrode on a surface of the wafer. The present invention according to the configuration has advantages of embodying a desired design in one cell, improving utilization by enabling one design when a module is made by embodying the design of each cell, and maximizing aesthetic beauty of buildings particularly in a building with an integrated solar cell field.</p> |
