The method involves verifying an application e.g. static or dynamic document, among participants (3, 4, 5, 6) of a data security system (2) by majority decision over right compliance character i.e. court-evidence character. A temporary access to a data security system is adjusted for primary business partner carrying transactions. A primary business partner is adjusted with respect to application of equal participants i.e. protective devices (8, 8') of the data security system by the majority decision over the right compliance character. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) system for electronic processing of transactions with right compliance character i.e. court-evidence character (2) a computer program product for performing a method for electronically processing transactions with right compliance character i.e. court-evidence character.
