The method for producing electric heat in electrically conductive elements, comprises carrying out heating by controlling and/or regulating skin effect, where the current frequency is 20-60 kHz and is freely varied during the process flow in dependent upon the process cycle or in dependent upon the temperature of the elements applied with current. The frequency is varied during the process flow in open-loop-process according to algorithms, graphics or tables discarded in the control. The temperature reached in the heat production is calculated from the energy- and cooling rate. The frequency is varied during the process flow in open-loop-process according to algorithms, graphics or tables discarded in the control. The temperature reached in the heat production is calculated from the energy- and cooling rate transferred in the heat producer. The modulation of the pulse width is pulled up for the control and/or regulation of the energy transferred in the heat producer. An independent claim is included for a device for producing electric heat in electrically conductive elements.
|
