<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a touch panel is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by producing a transparent electrode film massively. CONSTITUTION: The heat is added to a transparent electrode film when the transparent electrode film, which a transparent electrode deposited on one side of an insulation film is formed, is wound with a roll-to-roll method(S10). By winding the transparent electrode film with a roll-to-roll method, a photoresist is coated on surface which the transparent electrode is formed(S20). By winding the transparent electrode film with roll-to-roll method, a pattern is used to a photomask and the pattern is generated on the photoresist(S30). By winding the transparent electrode film with a roll-to-roll method, the exposed photoresist is developed(S40).</p> |
