PURPOSE: A product contest method and a system for the same are provided to automatically process product contest between products corresponding to popular searching rank in certain timer or certain scale unit. CONSTITUTION: A popularity ranking selector selects a popular rank of a plurality of products(S1810). According to the selected popular rank, a little number of produces among the plurality of products are extracted(S1820). A contest space provider provides contest space to comprise contest between the extracted products(S1830). If the certain time is passed, a contest ranking determiner determines product contest ranking(S1870). A benefit provider give benefit corresponding to the determined product contest rank(S1880).
