PURPOSE: A scale removing device for a pipeline is provided to improve efficiency of scale removing work by improving the rotating force of a secondary rotating part in the high pressure water emission. CONSTITUTION: A scale removing device for a pipeline comprises a scraper part(10), a high pressure jet part(60), a secondary rotating part, an elastic member(40) and a guide part(30). A scraper part and a high pressure jet part are detachably attached with one another. When the high pressure jet part is rotated without electricity, the secondary rotating part multiplies torque.
