PURPOSE: A high window structure of an apartment house, capable of preventing the access of a bird toward a balcony, is provided to supply a user a space for safe exercise by preventing the access of birds through an open window. CONSTITUTION: A high window structure of an apartment house comprises an air channel, a window frame(100), a door, a bird beating tool, a drive part, a connection part, a valve, a sensor and a controller. The window frame is connected with the air channel and comprises a nozzle(130) which opens at a tilt toward the bird beating tool. The bird beating tool comprises a support stand and a reflector. The support stand is projected from the window frame.
