PURPOSE: A position guide pin is provided to be easily coupled and separated from a position alignment coupling hole by controlling the amount that a damping member is protruded. CONSTITUTION: A position guide pin comprises a pin body(100), a damping member(200), and a fastening member(300). The pin body has a through hole. The damping member is arranged inside the pin body and is made of a rubber material. The fastening member is located in the inner top location of the pin body and protrudes the damping member through the through hole of the pin body.
