PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of notifying a user that work flow is in an executable state and displaying a work flow execution button with a document to be processed set thereon on a screen.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises a document information managing means, a work flow information managing means and a work flow execution button displaying means. When a document is stored in the document managing means, the work flow execution button displaying means reads work flow information associated with the document from the work flow information managing means and displays a button for executing the work flow associated with the document on a display part of the image forming apparatus.
