PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure plate which can be coated so that both ends of a film are not raised in case of winding into a large diameter, and a transferring foil using the same.SOLUTION: The gravure plate is an oblique line gravure plate 101 by a reverse gravure coating system and comprises a pattern part 201 having a prescribed width and depth and gradation parts 203A, 203B having 10-30 mm width toward the outside of the plate from both end parts of the pattern part 201. The depth of the recessed part of the gradation parts 201A, 203B is formed to be gradually shallower 100-1% toward the plate outside and the width including the pattern part 201 of the gravure plate 101 and both sides of the gradation part s 203A, 203B is narrower than the film width.
