PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a plurality of solar cell panels in such a manner that they adapt to the shape and slope of a roof, by facilitating the attachment and detachment of the solar cell panel installed on a sloped roof.SOLUTION: A holding plate 20 is provided for a mounting bolt 10 which can be erected in any position of a rail member 3 constituting a base laid on the sloped roof; and both ends of the solar cell panel 60 are provided with upper-side and lower-side brackets 50A and 50B which are each placed on the holding plate 20 and which have flat plate parts 51A and 51B capable of being fixed by means of a fastening nut 40 screwed to the mounting bolt. The upper-side bracket has a through-hole which allows the penetration and insertion of the mounting bolt; a narrowly-tapered protrusive locking piece 53 is elongated toward a leading end; a pair of insertion guiding pieces 54 forming an insertion space 70 between them and the holding plate is provided on both the sides of the protrusive locking piece, respectively. The lower-side bracket comprises a recessed locking piece 57 which is tapered in an expanded shape and which can be fitted to the protrusive locking piece, and a pair of insertion pieces 58 which can be inserted into the insertion space below both the insertion guiding pieces. |
