PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide boots of which the air permeability has been increased, and at the same time, of which the putting-on method has been facilitated.SOLUTION: These boots 100 are at least equipped with a boot section 10, a boot bottom section 20 which is a shoe bottom, and a connected width adjusting member 30. For the boot section 10, a boot body 11 and a cylindrical section 12 are integrally formed of a flexible waterproof material in such a manner that the cylindrical section 12 of an approximately cylindrical shape which extends along the front surface 11a of the boot body 11 may be connected with the boot body 11 on the front surface 11a and may approximately have a gourd shape. The connected width adjusting member 30 adjusts the lateral width D of the connected section 13 of the boot body 11 and the cylindrical section 12. By making the lateral width D of the connected section 13 zero by the connected width adjusting member 30, the upper surface section 12b and the lower surface section 12d of the cylindrical section 12 are opened, and the cylindrical section 12 becomes a ventilation passage which connects the inside of the boot body 11 with the outside. |
