PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which is high in electrostatic capacity, is low in ESR, is less in leakage current and has high breakdown voltage, and to provide a method of manufacturing the solid electrolytic capacitor.SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor includes a polymer of at least one compound, selected from a group of compounds represented by general formula [1], as a solid electrolyte. Especially, a solid electrolytic capacitor which includes a polymer having an alkyl group with C3-5 as a solid electrolyte has a small leakage current and a high breakdown voltage. |
