PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device and optical equipment improved in operability.SOLUTION: The optical device 10 includes: a first member 11 disposed on the outside of an optical system; a second member 21 rotated relative to the first member 11 and having a counter portion 21A, which is counter to the outer periphery of the first member 11, and a support portion 22, to which a support member 2 is attached; and a rotation member 30 disposed between the first member 11 and the counter portion 21A and rotated accompanying the relative rotations of the first and second members 11 and 21. The first member 11 is held by the second member 21 via the rotation member 30. In the rotation member 30, a first portion 40 disposed on a surface of the outer periphery and a second portion 50 disposed on a surface of the outer periphery so as to be closer to the image side of the optical system than the first portion 40 come into contact with at least either the first member 11 or the counter portion 21A. |
