PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical vibration dryer enabled in small amount processing, and having superior container-body handling performance (charging and takeout of a processed matter, cleaning performance and sanitation).SOLUTION: The vertical vibration dryer has the processing container 16 tightly sealable and having a temperature control jacket 12 and a pressure reduction exhausting means 14 to perform drying processing, and a vibrating means 18 for applying tilt torsional vibration to the processing container 16. The vibrating means 18 has a vibration table 22 fixed and supported to a fixing table 30 by three or more plate springs 20 disposed to generate vibration in the direction of horizontal angularity of 10-45°, and a reciprocation type oscillator 24 fixed to a back side of the vibration table 22. A jacket body 32 of the temperature control jacket 12 integrated with the vibration table 20 and the processing container 16 are integrated easily detachably by a ferrule cramp 36 or the like. |
