PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a transmission case, to simplify the output shaft mounting work, and to reduce the production cost by simplifying a constitution for covering a case side through-hole of a front wheel driving shaft for outputting from the transmission case.SOLUTION: In the constitution of the working vehicle, a clutch housing 11 is provided to cover a power transmitting unit between an engine 8 and a transmission case 1, a flat flange part 68b is formed on the transmission case 1 side of the clutch housing 11, and the flange part 68b covers the outer side of the transmission case 1 of a front wheel driving shaft 48 projecting downward of the clutch housing 11 from a through-hole 24 in the transmission case 1 below the transmission case 1. |
