PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for food residue waste wherein food residue waste is subjected to decomposition treatment in a short time so as to be composed only of water, and solid residue is reduced by ≥99%.SOLUTION: In the treatment method, the food residue waste 16 is charged to a reaction tank 10, is stirringly mixed with an inorganic treatment agent 13 while being crushed and cut, is subjected to decomposition treatment, and is made into water vapor in a short time, and a bad smell is removed by a filter tank 14 containing ceramics which captures a bad smell generated upon reaction, simultaneously, the water vapor is returned into water, the temperature in the reaction tank is always maintained at 110 to 120°C. The components of the inorganic treatment agent are composed of, by weight ratio, 14 to 18% fine powder-shaped metal magnesium with a purity of ≥99%, 30 to 34% granular metal magnesium with a purity of ≥99%, 11 to 14% granular activated carbon, 13 to 17% granular hard fine ceramics, 20 to 24% granular porous fine ceramics and 6 to 8% powdery fine ceramics with a size of 2 to 5 μm. |
