PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire rod winding spool, a wire rod winding device and a wire rod winding method using the same, capable of improving working efficiency, by automatically controlling even a pulling-out process of the wire rod end after winding a wire rod.SOLUTION: This spool 10 is provided for winding the wire rod. A clip 12 capable of sandwiching the wire rod between the flange part 11a and itself and covering the flange part 11a in a substantially cross shape, is fixed to the outside of one flange part 11a, and a cutout part 13 is arranged in at least one place among an edge part uncovered with the clip 12 of the flange part 11a. |
