PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating a β-lactamase non-producing AMPC resistant Hemophilus influenzae strain from a β-lactamase non-producing AMPC sensitive strain easily and exactly in a short time without any special technique or skill.SOLUTION: The method for discriminating a β-lactamase non-producing AMPC resistant Hemophilus influenzae uses a disk diffusion method, wherein a disk contains one or more kinds of cephalosporin agents selected from cephalexin, cephalothin, and cefsulodin. |
