A method, apparatus and system for routing user plane data in mobile network are disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention, which relate to the field of communications and solve the problem of great transmission delay of packet service data in the prior art. Said method for routing user plane data in mobile network includes: connecting directly access network bearer of a terminal with data gateway bearer through a tunnel established between the access network and the data gateway (101); and routing directly the data between a home node B, a home node B gateway or a macro network access network and the data gateway through said tunnel (102). The embodiments can be applied to mobile communication system.
