摘要 PURPOSE: A rapid cooling system of a powder calcination furnace for electronic components is provided to control the kind of gas required for a hot chamber and a rapid cooling chamber by using a door. CONSTITUTION: A rapid cooling system of a powder calcination furnace for electronic components is composed of a hot chamber, an annealing chamber(20), a rapid cooling chamber(30), a sealed driving unit, and working spaces(60,70). Heaters are arranged in the hot chamber. The annealing chamber is connected to the hot chamber. The rapid cooling chamber is installed in the annealing chamber and supplies cooling materials from spray nozzles toward a tray(1). The sealed driving unit selectively seals the rapid cooling chamber. The door(41) of the sealed driving unit is ascended and descended by a lifting unit(50). The working spaces are located at both sides of the rapid cooling chamber and accept the sealed driving unit.
