PURPOSE: A control device is provided to improve the efficiency of a passage guide lamp by uniformly maintaining the brightness of a passage guide lamp regardless of a power source part. CONSTITUTION: An LED substrate(120) is arranged inside a main body(110). A plurality of LEDs are mounted on the LED substrate. A cover(130) is combined with the front side of the main body. A reflector(140) is arranged between the LED substrate and the cover. A heat transmission film is formed on the surface of the LED substrate in order to transfer heat generated from the LED. A plurality of holes are formed on the LED substrate. A battery supplies power to the LED substrate. A control circuit substrate controls the LED substrate and the battery.
