PURPOSE: A Nd:YAG laser unit for minimizing the side effect toward the tissue of the fat is provided to improve the fat removal effect by using the laser beam of the highest fat absorption degree. CONSTITUTION: A convergent lens(160) condenses a laser beam through an output mirror. An optical fiber(170) guides the converged laser beam. A cannular(180) is coupled to the output end of the optical fiber. The optical fiber is not bent in the subcutaneous tissue. The cannular guides the laser beam guided by the optical fiber to a subcutaneous fat in order to perform the optical fiber.
