PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff selection support and management technique for reviewing and correcting the structure of teams when necessary in the process of a project and stably operating the structure in consideration of personal relationships within and among the teams.SOLUTION: A project staff selection support and management system (server) 1 includes: a processing part 1A including a project eligible searching means 1A01, a project eligible registering means 1A02, a project follow-up searching means 1A03, a project ineligible registering means 1A04, a project member evaluation registering means 1A05 and a personal request registering means 1A06; and a data part 1B. In the process of a project, members' working conditions and progress, third parties' evaluation information, and members' personal information on relocation request are collected when necessary or periodically, and disincentives to maintaining teams are determined to specify member information having the disincentive information as potential ineligibles. Ineligibles are selected from the potential ineligibles. |
