PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for highly accurately making a pipe in which rigidity in the periphery of an outer face roller of a connecting mechanism part on which an excess load is applied is improved, the outer face roller is protected to avoid contact with unevenness of the inner peripheral face of an existing pipe and an obstacle or the like, and the working efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: A pipe making apparatus 1 includes: a plurality of guiding rollers 3 freely rotatably pivoted by a molding frame 2 installed inside of the existing pipe 200 and brought into contact with the inner face of a regeneration pipe 130; and a joining mechanism part 4 for joining together joining parts of a belt-like members 100 wound. In the joining mechanism part 4, in a box body 44 housing a gear mechanism, the inner face roller 42 and the outer face roller 43 sandwiching the belt-like member 100 from the inside and the outside are pivoted in a cantilever-like state, and a feeding roller 46 rotating by coming into contact with the inner wall of the existing pipe 200 is provided coaxially with the outer face roller 43, and a sheathing frame 5 with a rigidity is arranged in the neighborhood of the side part of the outer roller 43. |
