PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave leakage suppression member for suppressing leakage of a microwave from surroundings of a terminal member.SOLUTION: The microwave leakage suppression member 4 includes: a sealing member 40 made of an insulator and interposed between a terminal insertion hole 80b and a terminal member 92; a cylindrical member 41 made of a conductor, protruded and installed from a case 8b and having a recess 412 at the outer end in the axial direction; a cover plate member 42 made of the insulator and covering the recess 412 from the outside in the axial direction; and an end plate member 43 made of the conductor, covering the cover plate member 42 from the outside in the axial direction and having a through-hole 430 through which a terminal member 92 is penetrated. By propagating a microwave M from the inside in the radial direction of the cylindrical member 41 up to the recess 412 via the cover plate member 42, the microwave M is attenuated. Provided that a length of a gap in the radial direction between the though-hole 430 and the terminal member 92 is A, the length of the cover plate member 42 in the shaft direction is B, and the length of the recess 412 in the radial direction is C, A<B<C is satisfied. |
