PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a user's operations under a situation that the user views graphic contents consecutively by a different audio-visual terminal.SOLUTION: In this control device connected to a graphic content distribution system which includes: a graphics distribution server for distributing the requested graphic contents via a network; and the audio-visual terminal for receiving and reproducing the distributed graphic contents, the control device includes: a means for accepting a report of audio-visual information indicating a reproduction situation of the graphic contents from the audio-visual terminal to register and control the audio-visual information; a means for accepting a request of a graphics list from the audio-visual terminal to proxy-access a menu server to obtain the graphics list, and also determining whether or not the viewing graphic contents by the user of the audio-visual terminal exist from the registered audio-visual information to add a selection candidate to view continuously to the graphics list when the graphic contents exist to send back the graphics list to the audio-visual terminal of a request source; and a means for notifying predetermined information including an audio-visual position from the audio-visual information to the audio-visual terminal of the request source when the viewing graphic contents exist.
