PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a process time when writing and reading a pixel value.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 1 has a pixel assigning unit 2 and a writing unit 3. The pixel assigning unit 2 assigns respective pixels within a 1×4 pixel area to be formed by 4 pixels of one direction of a conversion objected image 4 to storing units a1, b1, c1, d1 so that each pixel within an arbitrary 2×2 pixel area of the conversion objected image 4 is stored in each different storing unit. The writing unit 3 writes the pixel value of the pixel into the storing unit assigned by the pixel assigning unit 2 among the storing units a1, b1, c1, d1. |
