PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particles for a display medium whose dispersibility in a nonpolar dispersion medium is improved, as compared with the case where a coupling body of a pigment and at least one of a first polymer and a second polymer is not used.SOLUTION: The particles for the display medium are white particles, used for the display medium and are the coupling body of the pigment expressed in a general expression (I), and are at least either a first polymer compound having a functional group that reacts with an amino group of the pigment and a silicone chain, or a second polymer compound having the functional group that reacts with the amino group of the pigment and an alkyl group of 4C or greater. |
