PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor enabling to observe the migration phenomenon of a cell stimulated by a liquid factor secreted from a cell present in a neighborhood in a microenvironment similar to the inner environment of a living body.SOLUTION: A reactor in which a micro injector 41 is integrally formed in a reaction chamber 22 composed of a microwell having a volume of ≤1 μL is used. A micro amount of a reagent containing an equivalent substance to a secreted substance is introduced into a cell received in the reaction chamber 22 with the micro injector to form the concentration gradient of the equivalent substance to the secreted substance by diffusion.
