PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a packed drink less changing the appearance, even when stored for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The method for producing the packed drink containing a non-polymerized catechin and starch includes the following steps: (1) mixing a tea extract with a grain extract to obtain a non-polymerized catechin concentration of 0.05 to 0.6 mass% and a starch concentration of 0.008 to 0.12 mass%, and (2) adding a hydroxycarboxylic acid in a range of 0.008 to 0.09 mass% based on the total amount of the drink. |
