PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faithfully reproduce a pictograph included in electronic mail at a reception side even when the carrier of a transmission terminal and the carrier of a reception terminal are different from each other.SOLUTION: On the basis of the destination mail address of a text mail 16 including a pictograph created according to the operation of a user, a terminal 11 determines whether or not the same image data as a pictograph are displayed at the reception side of the text mail. When it is determined that the same image data as the pictograph are not displayed, the text mail 16 is converted into HTML mail 17 integrated with the image data of the pictograph. The HTML mail is transmitted to the destination mail address destination (terminal 21). |
