METHOD FOR SCREENING ANTIBODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of precisely screening a monoclonal antibody having a high affinity for an antigen.SOLUTION: The method for screening the antibody includes: a step of bringing an antibody containing sample to respectively contact with a first sensor chip for surface plasmon resonance analysis to which a trapping antibody capable of mating with an arbitrary subclass antibody is immobilized, and a second sensor chip for surface plasmon resonance analysis to which the antibody is immobilized; a step of measuring changes in surface plasmon resonances of the first sensor chip for surface plasmon resonance analysis and the second sensor chip for surface plasmon resonance analysis, and acquiring respective signal values; a step of comparing respective ratios of the signal values (signal value of the second sensor chip for surface plasmon resonance analysis/signal value of the first sensor chip for surface plasmon resonance analysis); and a step of choosing a sample containing a specific antibody having the high affinity for the antigen.
