PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board capable of preventing conductive bonding layers from getting damaged or peeling, a recording head capable of preventing breakage of a wiring conductor, and a recording device.SOLUTION: The flexible wiring board 1 includes: a resin-made base film 3; a plurality of wiring conductors 5 extending on a surface of the base film 3 from one of sides toward the other; a resin-made cover film 7 for covering the plurality of wiring conductors 5 with part of them on one side left; and the conductive bonding layers 9 respectively formed on the surface of the plurality of wiring conductors 5 exposed from the cover film 7. A protrusion 11, protruding outward opposite to the wiring conductor 5 from the remaining part of the cover film 7 and the conductive bonding layer 9, is provided along an end at the end of the cover film 7 on the side of the conductive bonding layer 9. |
