PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally dispersible tablet having high homogeneity and a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: In a rapid-disintegrating tablet which can be disintegrated in the mouth in contact with the saliva during less than 40 seconds, preferably during less than 30 seconds, forms an easy-to-swallow suspension, and is based on a mixture of at least one active substance in a form of a coated microcrystalline or a fine particle and an excipient in a form of a particle, the mixture of the excipient includes 60-85% of a diluent, 3-20% of a decomposing agent, 1-8% of a sweetening agent, 0-5% of a flow agent, 0-10% of a binder, 0-10% of a penetrant, a swelling agent and/or a lubricant (percentage is wt.% based on the total weight of excipient particle), and the excipient particle has a middle particle size of between +30 and -30%, and preferably between +10 and -10% to the size of the coated microcrystalline or the fine particle. |
