PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a pressure detector, and the pressure detector, capable of accurately detecting external pressure and are superior in reliability.SOLUTION: The substrate for the pressure detector has a constitution wherein at least either an upper-side electrode 3 or a lower-side electrode 4 is formed inside the boundary line between a flexible region 1e and the outside of the flexible region 1e and led out over to the outside of the flexible region 1e by a plurality of lead-out parts 5 and wherein the lead-out parts 5 have the same width and are disposed at equal intervals on the boundary line between the flexible region 1e and the outside of the flexible region 1e. This constitution makes it possible to reduce the possibility of change in a distance between the upper-side electrode 3 and the lower-side electrode 4 due to work curing and also to reduce the possibility of damage of an insulated substrate 1, and thus the substrate for the pressure detector, and the pressure detector, capable of accurately detecting the external pressure for a long period and are superior in reliability are achieved. |
