PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-port valve adaptable for conduit connection parts different in line constitution, responding to increase/decrease of lines or change in configuration, absorbing stress along with displacement of the conduit connection part even if the line is thermally expanded in steam sterilization, preventing leakage of liquid by reducing a load on a packing, and not susceptible to a crack or breakage to exert high durability.SOLUTION: The multi-port valve includes: first and second valve bodies VB1, VB2, each having two or more of ports P1-P3, and each provided with a diaphragm valve element 1 disposed therein; an intermediate branched body DB having three or more of ports P4-P7, and interposed between the valve bodies VB1, VB2; and drive cylinders C1, C2 of the diaphragm valve elements 1 of the respective valve bodies VB1, VB2. The valve bodies VB1, VB2 are connected in series with the intermediate branch body DB, by tightly fastening clamp bands 4 fitted on outer peripheral flanges 11a, 21a between mutually joined body connection ports 11, 21. |
