PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook delicious rice by utilizing the merit of an inner pot made of a ceramic, and to keep the cooked rice delicious for a long period of time by effectively preventing the degradation of the rice even after it is cooked.SOLUTION: The inner pot, which is made of a ceramic, is provided with a heating element such as a metal film formed in an area roughly facing an induction heating means. On the bottom of the inner pot, a foot part having a prescribed thickness is formed to be in contact with the bottom part of a protective frame, separating the heating element from the protective frame by a prescribed distance in order to keep the distance between the heating element and the heating means almost the same almost without dispersion. Furthermore, the bottom of the protective frame is provided with a temperature sensor which is in contact with the inner pot bottom facing the bottom part of the protective frame, and therefore, the center of the inner pot bottom and its facing protective frame bottom center are both shaped like a dome so that they can be in contact with the temperature sensor. |
