PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of suitably performing control.SOLUTION: A CPU core built into an MPU 62 can execute a load command as well as an in command and an out command when inputting data from an input port 62a and outputting data to an output port 62b. The CPU core outputs an IREQ signal in execution of the in command or the out command, and outputs an MREQ signal in execution of the load command, but a circuit for outputting a chip select signal to an input latch circuit or an output latch circuit outputs a chip select signal even in a situation in that either the IREQ signal or the MREQ signal is being outputted.
