PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaster capable of automatically adjusting output of a heat source and keeping a roasting surface of a cooking utensil at an optimum temperature.SOLUTION: A roaster includes an outer box 3, an inner box 4 included in the outer box 3, a cooking utensil 7 placed in the inner box 4, a flame burner 9 for heating the cooking utensil 7, temperature detection means 30 for detecting the temperature of the outer box 3, and control means 20 for controlling the fire power of the flame burner 9. The control means 20 calculates a temperature variation rate α of the temperature of the outer box 3, and adjusts a fire power level F of the flame burner 9 based on the calculated temperature variation rate α.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
