A vacuum pump (102) is connected to a take-out channel (81) for taking out a vaporizable component from a reservoir (16), and a negative pressure is applied into the reservoir (16) by the vacuum pump (102). A pressure sensor (133) for detecting the pressure in the reservoir (16) is connected to a pressure controller (132), and a pressure control valve (131) for controlling the flow rate in the take-in channel (112) is connected to the pressure controller (132). The pressure controller (132) controls the pressure control valve (131) to keep the pressure in the reservoir (16) at a prescribed pressure level.
