摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide an electrolyte-electrode assembly formed by interposing an electrolyte layer and intermediate layer between an anode electrode layer and a cathode electrode layer, and to eliminate concern about interlayer peeling and warpage.SOLUTION: A contraction percentage in conjunction with burning process of the anode electrode layer 12 is set in a predetermined range, for example, of 8-25% by adjusting an additive amount of a binder or the like contained in starting material of the anode electrode layer 12. On the other hand, starting materials of a flattened layer 14, a solid electrolyte 16 (the electrolyte layer), and the intermediate layer 18 laminated on the anode electrode layer 12 is adjusted to have contraction percentages of the respective layers larger than that of the anode electrode layer 12 by, for example, increasing the additive amount of the binder. The preferred contraction percentages of the respective layers are 21-28%. Sheet-like molded bodies of the anode electrode layer 12, the flattened layer 14, the solid electrolyte 16, and the intermediated layer 18 formed of such the starting materials are laminated and pressed in this order, and then the respective layers are simultaneously sintered by baking treatment.
