PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer which is made compact as the whole atomizer and achieves energy saving while keeping a sufficient cooling ability, hardly breaks down against external force and achieves improved productivity in the manufacture, to provide a method of manufacturing the electrostatic atomizer and to provide a Peltier unit.SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizer B forms charged fine particulate water by applying voltage to dew condensation water formed by cooling a discharge electrode 21. The electrostatic atomizer B includes: a pair of thermoelectric elements 1, each having a heat absorption part 11 formed in one end and a heat radiation part 12 formed in the other end; a joining member 2 for electrically joining the heat absorption parts 11 of the thermoelectric element 1 to each other to form a cooling part 22; the discharge electrode 21 provided in the joining member 2; a heat radiating energizing member 3 for heat radiation which is connected to the heat radiation member 12 of each thermoelectric element part 1, has an electrical input part 31 in a part and includes a conductive material; and a supporting member 4 supporting the energizing member 3 for heat radiation by fitting or embedding. Current input to the electrical input part 31 is passed to the thermoelectric element part 1 through the energizing member 3 for heat radiation. |
