PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing the long-time use of a delineator body using a polymer network liquid crystal with no problem of light resistance even in an environment exposed to outdoor sunlight for many hours.SOLUTION: The delineator body includes a waterproof case 1 provided at the front side with a window 2 for absorbing at least ultraviolet rays, and provided with: a hood 20 intercepting sunlight at the upper part of the window 2; a polymer network liquid crystal panel 3 provided in the case 1 to face the inner surface of the window 2; and a retroreflecting plate 4 provided on the back face of the polymer network liquid crystal panel 3. The polymer network liquid crystal panel 3 changed into a transparent state and a scattering state by a drive circuit 7 using electric power supplied from a power source 6 is used to change reflectance from the retroreflecting plate 4. |
