PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, which is configured to prevent, when extracting a document related to a business, a document not used in a series of processes constituting the business from being output.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus is configured to store a process code uniquely identifying a process and an item described in a first document used for the process and also described in a second document used in a process before or after the process in the order of processes constituting the business in association with each other as a processing definition; to store a document code uniquely identifying a document used for a process in association with a content of item described in the document; to extract a content of item associated with a document by use of the processing definition; to search the stored contents of item based on a content of item to extract a document code associated with the content of item; and to output the extracted document code as the document code of a document used in the series of processes constituting the business. |
