PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator which is satisfactory in drive performance, and an optical apparatus equipped with the same.SOLUTION: The vibration actuators 10, 20 include vibrators 13, 23 which generate vibration; relative movement members 15, 25 which pressure-contact with the vibrators 13, 23 and relatively move to the vibrators 13, 23 by the vibration; and membranes 18, 31 each of which includes a thermal curing resin containing fullerene, arranged at least at either a contact face of the vibrators 13, 23 and the relative movement members 15, 25 or a contact face of the relative movement members 15, 25 and the vibrators 13, 23. |
